I would like to thank the committee and officers for the invitation to judge dogs and for their hospitality throughout the day. My stewards were excellent keeping everything flowing which all added to it being a very friendly atmosphere. My co judge and I agreed happily and easily on all the major awards, and thanks to the exhibitors for a lovely entry.

Minor Puppy Dog (6, 4abs)
1st Young & Parkes Potterzuri Mister Mufasa. 6 month old yellow and looking his age, however had good balance, bone and substance. A pleasing head with dark eye, well constructed body with plenty read angulation. Moved well just carries his tail a little high at present.
2nd Ganney’s Darrabaol Sand Dollar another very raw puppy with pleasing head well ribbed body with plenty angulation in rear, shown in good coat moved ok just needs time to settle.
Puppy Dog (8, 6abs)
1st Harvey Major’s Just the Joker in Linjor. Quite mature in head, overall body and substance, presenting a balanced outline, dark eye well placed ears which he used, deep well ribbed body with lovely bone, strong well developed quarters. Moved soundly
2nd Woodley Tricolour Sergeant Pepper Balancet avec Alkhamhurst (imp Fra). Not as mature as 1 and needing more time to develop. Pleasing outline standing just needs to strengthen in topline on the move, which he did soundly. Shown in good coat & Condition.
Junior Dog (10, 2abs)
1st Young’s Potterzuri Aramis JW. Pleasing overall type with a masculine head, dark eye with good expression and ears. Presented a balanced outline with plenty bone and substance. Well made front and rear and shown in good coat, moved soundly.
2nd Chapman’s Disypatch Annie’s Boy JW. Yellow with a balanced outline, just a little heavier in body, pleasing head, well constructed hindquarters showed and moved well
3rd Druggan’s Langanhoe Wild Hudson
Yearling Dog (9, 4abs)
1st Stafford’s Farnfield Ringmaster. Young yellow very immature and needing to develop, however won the class for his balance, well constructed body with good proportions and outline. Moved soundly with good ground covering stride.
2nd Manning’s Marchurch Imperial Topaz JW. Masculine head with pleasing eye and expression, a little heavy over the shoulders, compact well ribbed body with strong quarters and shown in good coat & tail, moved soundly.

Maiden Dog (7, 5abs)
1st Edwards Kimbajak Prince Paddington, Puppy who unfortunately missed his puppy class, good type and substance, pleasing head, eye and ear placement, balanced body with adequate angulation front and rear, balanced outline and moving well, just needs time to develop.
2nd Scotford Jackson& Turner Myndvalley Sunny. Working type and quite untypical lacking in bone and substance, however happy mover with good temperament.
Novice Dog (10, 3abs)
1st Druggan’s Langanhoe Wild Hudson. Quite immature and needing time to develop more in head, at present a little plain between the eyes, balanced overall outline and pleasing construction. Won the class on his more positive movement.
2nd Young & Parkes Potterzuri Chip Off the Old Block JW. Mature in overall body, masculine head with dark eye, well ribbed body with strong quarters, moved ok.
3rd Edwards Kimbajak Prince Paddington
Undergraduate Dog (3, 2abs)
1st Young’s Potterspiney Optimist Vision. Pleasing in type and substance, with a nice head, dark eye, good expression, Deep well ribbed body with strong powerful hindquarters, would like a fraction more length in leg for overall balance. Shown in good coat & tail and moving soundly with drive.
Graduate Dog (5, 0abs)
1st Bonds’s Carpenny Padraig. Masculine black with pleasing head and overall balance and substance. Well ribbed body with plenty angulation front and rear. Shown in pleasing condition and moved well.
2nd Woodley’s Alkhamhurst Prime Shot. Similar qualities and comments to 1 just not as mature. Moved soundly and in good coat & condition.
3rd Evans Chyanhal Pentewan at Pudleigh
Post Graduate Dog (7, 2abs)
1st Evans Chyanhal Pentewan at Pudleigh. Pleasing for his overall balance, type and construction, shown in good coat, presented a pleasing outline and moved the best in this class, soundly with good ground covering stride
2nd Hallgarth’s Amberstope Gold Label at Chapelmanor (AI). Another balanced outline and pleasing overall construction just not the coat of 1 and a little heavier over shoulders. Moved well.
3rd Sadler’s Talifen Gentleman Jack
Mid Limit Dog (7, 3abs)
1st Druggan’s Balladoole Captain Tom. Yellow with a masculine head, deep well ribbed body with pleasing front construction, good bone and strong well made quarters. Presented a balanced outline and shown in good coat, moved soundly.
2nd Finney & Carpanini’s Carpenny Kipling. Another of pleasing overall type and balance with good qualities just preferred front construction on 1, moved ok
3rd Richmond Brigglebank Birdman

1st Brown’s Farbrae Good to Go. Smart yellow male with a pleasing head, dark eye and used his ears well, lovely bone and substance. Deep well ribbed body that was balanced and well made throughout. Presented a good outline and shown in good coat. On the move he had a good side gait with reach and drive.
2nd Coode’s Warringah’s the Bluff JW. Pleasing in his overall type and balance, slightly small yet still masculine, he is well made throughout and shown in excellent coat and condition. Moved soundly
3rd Ellis & Matulla Dolwen Stargazer
Open Dog (9, 5 abs)
1st Hodge’s Sh Ch/Ir Sh Ch Naiken Elite Envoy (AI) JW Sh CM. Top quality dog from his masculine yet refined head, good front assembly, lovely bone and substance, deep balanced body with well muscled rear. His outline is strong and flows from head to tail, to add to this he was in excellent coat and condition and moved soundly with reach and drive. Pleased to award him the CC & BIS.
2nd Johnson’s Sh Ch Cremino Calabrese. Another top class male with many of the same qualities, masculine head with kind eye and expression, mature well balanced and constructed body and shown in lovely coat and condition. Moved soundly. Close decision between these 2 . Res CC

1st Johnson’s Sh CH Cremino Chilly Pepper. Quality dog worthy of his title and looking good for his age in lovely coat and condition, presented a balanced outline with clean flowing lines, showing his good construction and strong topline and muscular condition. BVIS
2nd Young’s Potterspiney Killian. Black with a pleasing head, good bone and substance, presented a good outline, shown in good coat moved ok.
3rd Jury’s Tibblestone Sea Salt

1st Percival’s Ch Wynfaul the Wizard JW. Black dog 9 year old but doesn’t look it, he was shown in lovely coat & condition, Has a good head, eye & expression, balanced well constructed body with lovely bone and substance. Presented a good outline standing and on the move, which he did soundly with precision, a very worth champion and one I considered in the challenge.
